A continental breakfast will be served both days, and coffee will be available in the meeting room all day. There are also soft drink and snack vending machines in the break room adjacent to the meeting room. There are no dining facilities onsite, so we will order for on-site lunch on Thursday and plan for a group dinner for Thursday evening.

Flagstaff Weather

We think you will be pleased with the weather.  Daytime temperatures in June are typically in the 80s with lows in the 50s.  Humidity is usually quite low, but there may be a shower or two.  You will probably want to bring a sweater.  Umbrellas are optional.  You can check the weather for yourself at http://nimbo.wrh.noaa.gov/Flagstaff/.  Note that we are currently experiencing drought conditions and extreme fire danger.  For more information on fire closures see Coconino National Forest fire restrictions or http://www.azfireinfo.com.
